Questions clients ask

How much does a website cost?

Every project is priced individually, because a one-page landing page and a multi-page business site are very different amounts of work. Send me a short description of what you need and I'll reply with a quote, so you know the price before anything starts.

How long does a project take?

Most projects take 1 to 3 days. Once I understand what you need, I'll give you an estimated delivery date before we start, so you can plan around it.

What do you need from me to get started?

The basics about your business: what you do and who your customers are, whether you already have a website and what you'd like to change, and the design you have in mind. Examples of sites you like, your logo, photos and text all help.

How does payment work?

Payment is split in two: one part before work starts, and the rest when the project is delivered. The exact split is agreed in the quote.

How many rounds of changes are included?

Two rounds of changes are included. A round is one list of changes you send at once, which I apply together. If you need more after that, extra rounds are quoted separately.

Can I update the content myself after launch?

Yes. The site is yours after launch, so you can change its text and images whenever you want.

Do you handle the domain and hosting?

Yes, for an extra fee. I can set up the domain and hosting and get the site live, so you don't have to deal with the technical side.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes, for an extra fee. I can handle updates, fixes and changes after launch, so your site keeps up with your business.

Do you work with clients outside Brazil?

Yes, I work with clients worldwide, in English or Portuguese. Everything happens online, from the first message to launch.
